Not their fault but very strange and unattractive children which may have come about through meddling with Petri dishes.
Someone posted that the boys look like little spivs out of a 50’s catalogue, the way council Carole dolls them up. Poor Charlotte hasn’t even a sweet nature according to staff to compensate either. I feel sorry for them being stuck with a family with such wrong values.
