If William had any kind of self respect, if he had more than a narcissistic veneer of media hype over the void that has been his life, I am certain that he wouldn't be so childishly testy. He's literally reached a point where he can't cope if someone is getting some time in the sun with the rest of the world and it is pathetic. It's a shame William was not raised right, he might have ended up a very different person.

Apparently, he used to be Party Central - now he's sullen, grouchy, super touchy, and arrogant as all hell. He didn't evolve, plus he has never had anybody to hold a mirror to his face. He doesn't want to hear the truth - just the poison Council Carol and others drip in his ear. No wonder he's such a high-handed bully now. Back to Harry and William - no wonder Harry hightailed it outta there! |

William was party central because he thought his life would continue to be effortless. He was the darling of the press, the darling of the public, and the darling of the courtiers and the apple of HM's eye. He thought it would never end. Unfortunately he was unsure on how to handle the 2007 breakup since Kate didn't just go away and out of his life, she stood and fought and he experienced media criticism for the first time in his life and ended up being untrained in how to handle it. He also didn't make the choice to go on with his decisions despite media hype and it is clear that it was at that point that his effortless joyride through life was at an end and he had no idea how to handle it. He took Kate back, but it angered and unnerved HM and it is clear that HM had no idea how to handle William's continued refusal to work. Then he started not having certain things go his way and he then married Kate, which was both a strategic and tactical mistake. He then started getting shut out of areas where he might have otherwise been and at his mid-thirties, his looks collapsed. Everything that his world had consisted of was fading away. The formerly fawning magazines have moved on and it is clear that William is unsure on how to handle the fact that his star is setting. He could have shrugged his shoulders and did work and enjoyed the fulfillment and enjoyed knowing that he didn't have to worry and unfortunately he didn't take that route.
Now the mainstay of his life, Harry, is now gone and William is clearly unable to adjust to the new change that his brother will not be there to take his PR whipping and Harry has a full new life of his own. Harry isn't there to take all the flak or be the never-ending audience to his hyped gloriousness. William clearly cannot cope. Harry has remained in California and isn't coming back and William has no clue on how to adjust or restructure his life. Bitterness after bad decisions, one and another.

I do think William is upset that Harry isn't sticking around to be treated like a battered wife. Harry has spent his whole life being treated as second rate and it is clear that William is unable to handle this whipping post living a full, rich life while William continues to make one bad choice after another. Harry might be married to a flake, but he's out of that mess and he will never come back to that old role and will never end up being William's whipping post ever again.

Why should it ever be the same? Willy Boy was and is a bullying brute to Harry and then of course to his biracial wife. Meghan is a strong smart woman and I am sure she made Harry see the light. Then is was Adios MF.

William is going to burn himself out with all these attacks on Harry and Meg. Quite honestly, the fight is largely one-sided. It is clear that William likes to bully and Kate likes to flirt and who knows what else. It is clear that William is still going after Harry and acting like Harry is just an erring little kid and Kate acts like Harry abandoned her to a lonely, miserable life.

^ This is really the most effed up situation ever. Willy scapegoating Harry, making fun of Harry and the putting down of Harry. And then you have The Potato Head who was practically humping Harry when it was just the three of them making appearances. It was awful and embarrassing.....much less totally inappropriate. The Potato Head was like a dog in heat around her own personal sex object. And then Meghan came along and ruined their little messed up dog and pony show.

Well of course. Meg came along and started press attention that always comes with the arrival of a new face on the scene and it is clear that she was doing more duties, so she got more press and more new stuff. Then Harry was a husband and future father and go figure, Kate had to accept that there was no place for her in Harry's life and then she had to deal with her husband on her own and start acting like an actual wife. Kate wanted so badly to be the desired darling of Harry, but that didn't happen. Meg is tough enough to fend Kate off and Kate as a result of being thwarted, ended up lashing out via the press and never let up. IF Harry leaves Meg, Kate will try to 'take him under her wing' and end up with the press lauding her as the perfect mother hen for Harry's erring nature. William just is plain out of control.

It's frightening since William is clearly on a huge downward spiral and lashing out to people who are trying to sincerely help him get well and better and healthier. I mean really, he is hurting terribly the people who love him so much and he is making them pay for the psychic trauma that is cyclic in his head and causing him to make terrible decisions since he cannot see clearly. Harry was repeatedly victimized by this and it is clear that Harry was getting more and more unstable as Kate continued to mess up his family dynamic. Then Harry was blamed for Kate's sick acts on him at the 2012 Olympics and it is clear that there was likely worse going on behind closed doors. I mean, Kate and William got kicked out of Clarence House and ended up living at KP/Anmer and I honestly believe that there won't be any kind of reconciliation. Not on William's terms and it is clear that neither William or Harry will ever be fully close ever again.

But before Megxit we saw the results of how he treated Kate (and this is only echo of his actions, the top of the iceberg, something what leaked): his verbier parties, coming to Jecca on Eastern, Rose affair etc. But I don't feel sorry for Kate, she was promoting and contibuting his behavior during his twenties.She and Ma Midd made him feel SPECIAL when he never was (and I guess he knew it). So now she is reaping the benefits.
Harry maybe is not the best brother but he doesn't deserve what W&K did to him. K wanted to keep him beside, I think she liked the fact she is the only woman between two princes and thought Harry awlays will be courteous fool with her. All this "Harry was jealous, he is in love w/ Kate" is bs.No, Harry doesn't deserve this and the rift is forever now (or until W&K divroce).
