I wish her well, but I would not write her up as some kind of up and coming global force until she has dealt with and gotten through real challenges. Realistically, she has been very coddled by being able to live an undemanding private life and has enjoyed a kind of pampered schooling that William had; she had no real obligations during her university years and seasonal military service is what William had and we all know what he came to. The Duchess is not someone who has had a life outside of a protected situation at all times and she has not been required to deal with anything resembling challenges that she had to figure her way out of. I do not think there is much of chance of her managing or helping in any way that would take a load off of politicians. There might not even be a monarchy and she might not be aware that the United States will not automatically accept her or take her and her family in as politicians (naively) did in the past.
Her schooling was done in privileged and protected privacy since European royals prefer to take the route of a taxpayer funded joyride to a whole new level and she is no different. Then there is the fact that she is not putting her education and training to good use and her military roman holiday will not help her.
