To me the real giveaway is her attitude. IF she had birthed four legitimate heirs, she would look endlessly confident. She would not all be someone who looks afraid.

Quite right. All the glowing press about her being so confident is crap. All you have to do is look at her to see she is ill at ease in public, with others and especially the kids. There is no connection whatsoever with them.

Each time she gets pregnant, William is driven further and further away. I do not think that Kate can do anything right anymore in William's eyes. By now, she should be a settled mother of three and be enjoying her life as a consort and be a regular feature in the respectable papers and only a small blip in the tabloids. Yet here she is, looking desperate, acting desperate, and is trying so hard to keep the interest of a man who would sincerely prefer she get out of his life and stay out.

It will be a relief when it fully spills out. Time to really end this farce and end this BS and put a stop to all this idiocy. After it comes out, chances are the system will be ended mainly since people are just plain DONE with that system that because of the Windsors, does nothing for the public.
Even if William were in fact to leave Kate, marry someone genuinely fertile, it just means that there will be another nine months, another so many years before the heir would be fit for duties and if the kid prefers to party instead of work, all the worse. There is no way that people are in a patient mood anymore with anyone at the top. I can only believe William's refusal to grow up is the root cause of this mess. He refuses to work and keep momentum going.
As of now he has been married for a full decade and he has been effectively 'father' to children who are almost ten and the rest are established fixtures. There is no way that starting all over would be a good idea and if he remarries quickly, it will be assumed that the second wife will in fact be a former mistress he's been secretly seeing. I also think that William will lose all the trust and respect and love he took for granted and he has no idea how to re-earn it.
At forty, he is approaching the age of reckoning and he is approaching the age of taking stock of his life's choices. There is no way that he can just flip, bring in a new wife, produce a crop of heirs and be respected, trusted, and loved. As a royal, he is supposed to sometimes sacrifice his own preferences for maintaining stability and continuity and I am certain that he is unaware that he hasn't given anything back. He hasn't given anything and he refuses to give back and does not know how.
If Kate is exposed as having been infertile, it will also blow up the contract that the public has with royals, meaning, they keep their s*** under lock-down and make sure royal wives in fact are fertile and genuinely pregnant. It would also blow up the BS about how Kate is such a middle class saint and I cannot say that would be bad. It really is time that we drop this Cinderella BS and marry equals, genuine equals. I dislike that notion, deep down I always have.
If Kate was faking, it would mean she was faking her HG and just being her usual shiftless good for nothing self.

Another blow to QE is that it’s generally known and widely commented on is that she was aware of Kate deceiving the public with her alleged foam bellies. QE really can’t afford any further shocking revelations with her reputation sinking with the Andrew Court case and her support of Blair’s knighthood.
