^ Thinking the real attraction, or the glue holding the marriage together, is the strong relationship or rather iron grip of the mum-in-law.

A Shrinking Violet for sure. Apart from the times she was trying to bag herself a rich man! She had been around the block a couple of times before William got the sloppy seconds! Apparently she was 'recommended' to him for being easy and discreet! Here are a couple of her previous beaus who managed to get away - probably shooed away by the viper as they weren't well connected enough! Attachments:

More man-hunting escapades. If you ask me, she has always thought she was something special and totally hot. She was the least nervous royal bride I ever saw and I thought she looked immensely smug on her big day. None of the photos suggest a wallflower

I never watched the Wedding (I spared myself), but I take your word for it. Smug and self-satisfied. Even at the time, knowing very little of her at that point, knew there was something very off about the situation. My hunches about people and situation are never off.

For someone who has never earned anything or made anything out of her life, she lives rather well, doesn't she? ca.hellomagazine.com/homes/2020081195155/kate-middleton-house-london-flat-inside-bedroom-photos/Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, once lived in a stunning apartment on Old Church Street in Chelsea, London, with her sister Pippa. The siblings' parents Carole and Michael bought the property for £780,000 back in 2002 and put it up for sale for £1.95million in 2018, but it sold for £1.88million in September 2019. ******** Oh, the vibrations those poor, poor walls must have been subjected to. tsk tsk tsk.

Here is my view on Kate's hard partying days:
I think she didn't exactly LIKE doing all that partying and you can see on her face that she is pretending to be living a happy carefree life, but I believe the reality is, that she would LOVE to be like the young Lady Diana Spencer or maybe even a young Camilla. Diana and Camilla didn't need to go out clubbing hard to mingle with the aristo set and I think Kate would sincerely prefer to be able to be the kind that stays in the family circle, guarded and protected and cherished. I think nothing would have made her happier than to be able to be courted on a family estate and enjoy the ability to stay at home and do leisurely feminine things and enjoy the pleasures of an almost Regency era courtship by a high ranking aristocrat or prince. She would have preferred not to parade in lingerie or go out and get drunk and dance wildly while dressed like a tramp.
Yet....
In order to get and maintain William's attention and affection, she had to epitomize the modern adventurous woman that he wanted, plus laying herself out sexually since there is no way that she would have been able to stay there if she didn't put out and do stuff we don't even know exists. I think that her hard partying was the only way she could mingle with the aristos since it is clear that she wouldn't be able to get into the respectable clubs and wouldn't be able to get invites to dinner parties and really wasn't someone who was interested in working and EARNING invites to posh places by virtue of professional accomplishment. Many women are kind of like this, they don't want to work, but don't want to stick within a set where they would be able to be laid back. She would like to be 'virtuous,' but she wouldn't be able to land that ring if she were a prim proper type during the dating phase.
It is obvious that her exaggerated Victorian dress and behavior is something that is a reaction to the years of partying. Like most women who use their favors to land a man, she decided to become the virginal lady that she always wanted to be.
We now know that her gurning was disguising a lot of pain and hurt that she wasn't poshy enough for the better clubs and more chivalrous treatment that she so clearly yearns for. Lapdances, wearing zero knickers, all this she did for a ring that belonged to someone else and it is clear that she is painfully unhappy. She will never be able to be 'one of them' and she will never be able to erase any of this. She might have convinced herself that she was one of them, but the way they treated her, they way they let her treat herself, is something that sent a clear message. She did those lap dances and other trashy stuff thinking that she was partying hard like them, but to them, she was just a silly modern equivalent of a tavern wench that they toyed with while out, never bringing her home and never thinking to wed in the family chapel.

www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2242603/Duchess-Cambridge-pregnant-Kate-Middletons-injection-DNA-changes-Royal-bloodline-forever.htmlGirl who'll give Britain its first classless sovereign - Kate's injection of DNA changes House of Windsor bloodline forever While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be able to count former kings and queens among its forebears, there'll be a working class ancestor for every blueblood By CHRISTOPHER WILSON PUBLISHED: 19:33 EDT, 3 December 2012 | UPDATED: 09:34 EDT, 4 December 2012 Kate and William’s baby will be the first truly classless sovereign Britain has had in more than a thousand years of monarchy. While the child will be able to count most kings and queens in the nation’s history among its forebears, delightfully lurking in the family tree there’ll also be a working-class ancestor for every blueblood. It makes, in this new egalitarian age, William’s choice of bride all the more brilliant, for the former Kate Middleton brings a whole raft of colourful relatives to this new royal generation, including the owner of a northern chippy, a stripper — and, of course, the famously cocaine-sniffing Uncle Gary.

There is no such thing as Blue Blood. But the Middleton Family's blood is not very impressed, Kate and her siblings wasted an expensive education and did not do anything to contribute to society.

Earth to Daily Mail: everybody who marries into the royal family changes the DNA forever. Really. It happens that way. Also the Royal Genealogy Society has stated that everybody who has any kind of modern English ancestry at all is descended from Edward I. The statistics prove that out.

What on earth are you talking about??!! Princess Diana's great grandmother the American heiress Frances Work was the daughter of an ordinary banker, albeit a very rich one and Prince Philips Great grandmother Julia Hawke was the daughter of a military general! So sorry to have to break it to you DM but lots of 'commoners' already in the DNA of our royal family. Complete non story!

I believe "the bluebloods" actually have red bloods too and "the bluebloods" farts too like other human being and they don't have super powers. William made a clever decision married the woman he loves and have a baby with her. Lucky baby... He or she will grow up watching his or her parent loving each other.

Oh! A new article, but from old party times in Ibiza. (I will include this here for now) How time flies! www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-8697717/Prince-William-Kate-Middleton-went-Ibiza-superclub-Pacha.htmlThe royal ravers! How Kate and William let their hair down during a night out at Ibiza superclub Pacha - and the duke called the organiser the next day to tell him he now 'loved house music' Prince William and Kate Middleton went to an Ibiza superclub, it's been revealed Impressed Duke called organiser and told him he'd got him into dance music The royal couple visited the Pacha nightclub and were guests of DJ Erick Morillo By CHLOE MORGAN FOR MAILONLINE PUBLISHED: 07:23 EDT, 4 September 2020 | UPDATED: 10:04 EDT, 4 September 2020 The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went to an Ibiza superclub during a wild trip to the party isle, it has been revealed. And William was so impressed with the night out that he called up the organiser the next day and told him he'd got him into dance music. Kate and William, both 38, visited the Pacha nightclub and were guests of DJ Erick Morillo, who died this week, and Francisco Ferrer, Pacha's artistic director. The memory was posted by Ibiza party organiser Tony Truman, who said he was 'blown away' when Prince William rang to thank him. Tony - former partner of EastEnders' star Charlie Brooks - revealed the memory on his Instagram account in a tribute to Erick Morillo, who died on Tuesday, just days after being arrested on suspicion of sexual battery. His memory puts their visit in 2008, however the duke and duchess are known to have visited Ibiza in 2006, not long before their infamous split and while William was on a break from military training at Sandhurst. It's nice to see how they BOTH have such solid family values and know how to appreciate those that truly contribute to society.
