To answer your first question about how our client is suing 5 IP addresses is that, I found that the client has different servers and each server has different IP addresses. Also, a single server can have multiple IPs that a client can use. But not for abuse, we follow the rule of taking strict actions against client if found abusing and we already did that with our client by suspending their IPs.
As a response from client, we found that they have blocked your website from their end and hence we request you to please check one more time from your side. If you still see any abuse, please provide us the actual logs and rest assured that we will take necessary actions right away.
