As Kate is the royal patron of Wimbledon I couldn't give a monkey's about what she's wearing. My main concern is that she couldn't be arsed to stay and present the trophy for the mens' doubles final. Seriously, as much as I knock her for attending I'm very disappointed that she hasn't done much to promote the tennis this year. Yesterday would have been the ideal opportunity to use "soft diplomacy" when it comes to the commonwealth. With the murmurs of a republic becoming louder in Australia this would have been good PR for the monarchy, it would have shown the royals cares about the country and that they matter. |
