No kid that young should look that serious. Angry and unhappy, too. He is likely buckling under the weight of crazy parents who are burdening him with stuff even they know nothing about.

^ Agree he definitely looks to be angry and an unhappy child.
Louis is just a brat and should know better how to behave in public. Reminds me of William and Harry when they were brats in public.

He's something else. In any way, shape or form, not a well-behaved child that one naturally finds cute or endearing. Somebody's "little angel" is sometimes the "little monster" one mumbles about under their breath.

And yet they still got to go out in public and get involved in adult oriented events. I admit I would prefer that children remain in the nursery and stay there until they know how to behave. I resent how Diana and Fergie insisted on their children being on the balcony or insisted on including their kids in EVERYTHING even when they shouldn't have been there. William and Harry got away with too much and quite frankly I think I am sick of seeing kids on that balcony when they really haven't earned the right to be there. I think the old ways of doing it, no children until they are trained in this and can prove their good behavior.
