It was claimed as the reason that she was in the hospital. I think that Kate was hospitalized due to some kind of breakdown and HG was then announced as the reason, which is the reason she had HG is because she was pregnant. Then she goes off on tropical vacations and oddly, her "HG" didn't affect her then. So now she's a pathological liar as well. I sincerely think she is at a point where she can't keep her lying at least on a track that will enable her to pull her lies off. So now she used HG as a reason that she wouldn't do appearances. There is also no way that she would be able to travel with HG since the condition is supposedly unpredictable. |

The worst part about a lie, is that one usually has to be created to cover for another and the public does ask that their public figures not lie in ways that endanger the country they are elected to serve. Kate is despicable and her life is just one big lie. She's lied about working, about being stalked by the press, about all sorts of things. She has no real track record of honesty and integrity and responsibility.
