Kate can't cope with doing engagements that are not local.

As for being peacemaker, Kate has done nothing but cause problems for herself, William, and the BRF ever since William let her into his bed. She's been freeloading off of a family and nation and she still can't cope. She is borderline nonfunctional.

Kate is the reason Harry bolted. It is obvious that Harry was disillusioned with his family and way of life in Britain, but Kate was the main catalyst. Kate has been crazy enough to act like Harry should walk behind her instead of the other way around and second, Kate has acted like Harry wasn't supposed to marry. Kate is like all the rest of the demented fangirls who refuse to be adults and accept that their idols are human and have a right to relationships and marriage and children of their own. Kate refused to accept that Harry is not property and each and every time she is around him she keeps showing why she does not belong.
