There isn't any immense responsibility related to being a royal anymore; it used to mean something, it used to be incredible, but now it is something that has dwindled. Each time a new generation of dolts is born, politicians take more power since it is becoming increasingly clear that royals are incapable increasingly with each generation of responsibly handling power. Thing is, that Kate can't handle doing basic silly work, so it is clear that she will be less able to hold her own position, much less sustain the monarchy. I don't believe she will be someone who will be able to even stay in that position; each year William becomes increasingly indifferent and bored with her and his role as a husband and father. I give it a handful of years that he starts getting restless and literally undergoes a midlife crisis. She looks worse by the year and it is clear that she has reached a point where she will not be able to hold on much longer.

Thing is, that he will blame her for all those years he threw away on being the picture perfect prince. He seriously ended up making a terrible choice in choosing not to work, but she was kind of instrumental in the press pressure that followed that breakup. Logic will have nothing to do with his reaction against her and he will ramp up the mistreatment inside the home as well. He will go from passively resentful to being someone who will get overt. Things will probably end up getting even worse since she will not be able to comprehend that he has been miserable for a long time. She has likely struggled to understand why he is unhappy and increasingly impatient, but I believe that he wanted a fuller life before marriage and she likely can't comprehend why he isn't faithful. I think her situation is similar to a guy who wants to be married, just not to the one he is with. Kate landed him, kept him nailed down, but made the mistake thinking that he didn't want more out of life before he married anyone, much less her. She kind of reminds me of myself in a way. I was with a guy who was pretty impatient with me, but thing is, he didn't want to marry me and basically cut me out of his life and married someone else. Someone I admit he had more in common with. William likely wanted to go out and live it up and stick to the mapped out life, but regrettably Kate wanted early marriage and as a result of her own social ambitions, ended up making things more difficult for him to even out.
She never let him breathe and get things figured out and I do believe that she has a lot of inherent instability and he can't take her pointlessness anymore. In honesty, if not for her, he would likely have married Jecca or Isabella, if she had just backed off and let him get things figured out instead of constantly pressuring him for a proposal. I believe that she is someone who has spent much of a pointless life as anyone can and she can't comprehend that life isn't yet over and she has to grow up out of this idleness. she does literally nothing. She does not work, she does not spend much time with the kids since they have a staff of nannies and she does not handle household chores since she has her mother and likely a major-domo. I am certain that she is at a point where she is literally one of the most useless women alive.
I do not believe she is at a point where she will change or improve. I believe that she will experience William's explosion of a midlife crisis and this time around, no one will sympathize. This latest flurry of good press will end up being just a blip. I give it that once he hits forty, he will end up being even worse. He will hurt and bully and antagonize her. Thing is, that once Harry's absence is felt in an increase of responsibilities, that William will no longer be able to shove stuff onto Harry's shoulders and play while Harry takes all the hits and shoulders all the work. Chances are Kate will feel a lot of pressure to do work and stop shirking and stop laying at being an aristocratic lady and get off her arse and do her work.
I do not think that after all her trouble-making, that the rest of the BRF will be in the mood for her idiocy. She did all that dirt towards Meg and ended up acting pious and enjoying the reams of good press and I think that this coming Christmas will be one where Kate will be sitting at a table loaded with relations who will silently be seething while she tries to end up keeping things afloat. There won't be much by way of holiday spirit and I cannot imagine just how much HM must be hating her guts right now. She has this way of being. She causes all this trouble and then steps into a kind of odd role of being a nonchalant person who didn't have anything to do with the mess she created. It reminds me of how she did that nude scandal and then acted like she hadn't paraded naked or half dressed in public before. She likely made Meg's life miserable and was jerking Harry around, but after he left, she acted like she hadn't done anything to contribute to his choice to leave.

Is miserable....made his bed & there for don’t care about the damage to their grandson and great grandchildren? Is divorce worse to them than the health of William. They don’t exactly strike me as those who care about emotions or mental health. More duty and suck it up but don’t divorce bc they are convinced it could make them look bad. The queen and Phillip were horrendous to Diana, Fergi and Meg...actually heathy assets to the firm and prop up Kate?? The very cause of the downfall of the monarchy? Funny they talk of duty above all else but as royals ordained by God....your duty should be to him & his will above all else....God before your own man made “institution” they cater to PR above their duty to God so in an essence they are failing thier duty to God....what if God is causing so much Chaos bc he is displeased with the choice and in fact does want another woman with William wants another on the throne and they are to self absorbed in their own self created sense of duty instead of the will of God.

I think Kate is instinctively aware that she is in for it, but consciously, she still might think that it's not a big deal. Ever since dating in, she was clearly out of step with the aristos; she thought they would be interested in partying and welcoming her in, but they were busy in their 20's stepping into the experience of making their own way in the world and basically mixing in their usual way of life with making a career. She made the mistake of thinking that this was some huge snub and used them as target practice in the press. She seemed to take it personally that they weren't interested in her or her odious siblings. Kate was trying to be a lady of the manor with no manor to back it up and she was trying to be a modern woman to William and in other areas, she was desperate to be a sheltered ingenue. Then after marriage she thought she would launch her family into society, but the doors were barred mainly since the aristos and gentry prefer to marry their own kind, not a Middleton who will NEVER just chill and work and be helpful. Kate seems determined to ingratiate herself in whatever way she can and she goes about it the wrong way since she goes along via a narrative, not just reality. No one is asking her to apologize for being born a commoner, but she keeps mistreating people and laughing about it (or trying to) with the aristos. I have known that type. She likely thought that by bashing Meg and driving Meg out she would win comrade points with the toffs, but she drove out Harry from his role in his family and nation and has just likely made enemies out of those who just found her annoying.
She keeps not just doing things wrong, but deliberately wrong-footing people that she should be helping along, not messing around with. I am of the firm belief that behind closed doors she was effectively terrorizing Meg and doing all she could to make Meg's life impossible. So Harry, after years of having to put up with her BS as well, had had enough and basically renounced his position and that was something that no one anticipated. Then go figure, Kate basked in the good press while ignoring the fact that a major pillar of the BRF had just walked out and now Charles was left without an asset that was part of his slimmed down monarchy plan. Another important aspect is that each time something like this occurs, there is a horrific shift and diplomats now have to change EVERYTHING in regards to protocol, succession, security arrangements, and there has never been a time when so many ex-royals are running around Europe. Thing is, that while Kate is getting good headlines, I believe that the courtiers are completely homicidal. They now have to figure out how to avoid a shortfall of appearances and since the remaining ducal couple refuses to work, this means that there will be a TON of charities that will lose out on appearances and a lot of small things that mean a lot to a lot of people will never happen. This isn't even funny in any way and Kate seems oddly diffident about all of this. The minute Harry renounced his place, that was when a horrifically seismic shift occurs and it is clear that Kate is just carrying on as usual unaware that next year will be one where things start coming back at her in ways that are going to be something that she is unused to.
As for divorce, if there is a divorce, she would be crucified regularly and chances of a decent settlement are slim to none. Diana got all she did because she married at nineteen, had two princes of unquestioned legitimacy, had two fine sons and in royal circles that is something that is substantial, worked like a fiend, and was definitely the wronged party. Also, Diana did forfeit any chances of making any kind of living as well by marrying young. I do believe that Kate would lose everything; the adulatory press, the red carpet treatment, and her settlement would be very little and she wouldn't have an office budget since she does not work and therefore has no real presence in regards to charity work. She would be treated worse than Fergie actually. There is no way that she would be allowed a palatial place at KP and there is no way that she would be funded by Charles (who likely practices voodoo on her in the basement of Highgrove) and there is no place for her among the world elite. She would be one of the most loathed women in Britain and she has literally NO LEVERAGE to make sure that she has a good settlement. I also believe she would be abandoned by her siblings and mother and who knows if her father would have her back after treating him so indifferently for so long. Thing is, that she would have no idea how to survive or adjust to the loss of lifestyle and the loss of deference and she's been on the red carpet ever since she got into William's bed at university.
She has literally no one preventing her from being kicked literally into the gutter. After what she's done to Harry and Meg, I am dead sure that she is well within the sights of Charles and his faction at court. There is no way that she has a shot at mercy if William wants out and if William has some kind of breakdown (something entirely possible) then she will get driven out one way or another and I am certain that she has reached a point where she is becoming aware of that. She has no one now and she BLEW it big time by driving Harry out via trying to get rid of Meg. She has no shot at anything other than social ostracism during the holidays and there is no way that she will end up with the ability to recover from this. Because of her, Charles and the royal court now have to come up with a new game-plan and one that has to involve the remaining ducal couple to work, that is not something that either WK want to do. This is another major problem. Every time there is something like this, there is a horrific aftereffect. I do not think that the upcoming Balmor@l and Sandringham stay will end up being frosty and loaded with anxiety and tension and I am certain the BRF will be barely controlled in their interactions with Kate and William.
For the life of me, I have no idea how things are going to go from here on out. It is unprecedented for someone this close to the Crown to just walk out and end up having everyone left behind. This would be like if Prince Andrews were to leave his position. The entire succession has been altered and I am dead sure that courtiers are freaking out. Kate seems to refuse to comprehend the realities of what she's just been instrumental in.

Much was going on during this pandemic, everywhere. All matter of needs people had and everyone of these photos that have been submitted by the people experiencing this pandemic lockdown, are significant to the collection that documents this history. Your comment is your opinion, but, I think you could try to reach a bit higher to understand the significance of recording history from those experiencing it, which makes the opportunity this project gives so valid, so meaningful, giving people a voice through their own photography.

You know, she has been profiting off of doing the photography of her family members and selling them to magazines and other publications. It is clear that she may enjoy photography, but thing is, that she keeps living as if she has all the time in the world to waste and someone will come along and free her and William from having to work and do duties. She clearly refuses to accept that she has to earn her keep and doing silly projects like "photography' and bagels is definitely something that is scr#ping the bottom of the barrel. She should be better than this and it is clear that she is worse than useless.
Imagine being so low that even as a royal duchess, a man would see this as a comment appropriate. You wouldn't hear anyone write like this in regards to HM.
No she isn't. She is an amateur who can afford an expensive camera because she has a bucket load of taxpayer bucks. It's not like she is someone who worked hard, saved, and managed to buy a decent camera. Just at the beginning of the year she was getting REAMS of good press for doing a silly garden and getting covered as if she had just finished building a monument to the first Elizabeth with her bare hands.

You know, I think that now that WK have done this to the aristos, that this could very well mean that both end up becoming hated. This (and other) article was such a silly one and yet WK insisted on suing and winning. What they've done to this smack-down is declare war on the very caste that is essentially their first line of defense and support. I mean really, they literally just 'won' a fully double-edged victory over their own kind. William has even less excuse; these aristos have never wanted anything other than the best for him and he just incinerated that bond that he had left with them. Kate herself has just finished off any chance at any kind of genuine bond or chance at any kind of affectionate interest in seeing her succeed. The senior courtiers are the parents and relations of these aristos and it is clear that they will likely turn even more hostile as well.
TATLER has always been a tabloid that has been run by aristos and that "Kate the Great" piece was purely propaganda and quite honestly, it's a TABLOID! Purely a society magazine and was something that has been never taken too seriously by more 'respectable' areas of journalism. I do not think that there was any malice, maybe cheekiness. Going full throttle like this is completely illogical and defies all sense. There is a full blown pandemic, economic collapse, people frightened at how EVERYTHING has been turned completely upside down and these two twits are getting worked up over a silly propaganda piece. A silly asinine article that Kate got ribbed over about publicly, but that is such a nonissue.
This is classic Stalinism. I also think that there will be times when it is not a good idea to sue and this is one of those times. He is dictating to a free press and demanding that someone remove their hard work from an article that they did to get paid and pay their own bills. Second, Tatler is run and operated by the toffs and there is nothing wrong with that. That set is the set he's grown up with and he is attacking them over hurting Carole and Pippa's feelings. Carole and Pippa's feelings shouldn't be his main focus. He is clearly taking a 'me against the world' approach and it is clear that he is determined to rip even more lives apart. Carole should be used to this kind of thing by now and so should Pippa. They are successfully manipulating William via playing at being perceptual victims and it is clear that he is falling for it hook, line, and sinker.
This is just so nuts. I would be FED UP with the trouble that William has been causing and it is clear that with this lawsuit, he will lose the sincere support of the courtiers and the aristos will never forgive him for this. This is just too much. An article that pokes at the Midds is not an attack and I imagine that it is exhausting walking on eggshells around William, having all that anxiety about whether or not an article will end up triggering something and resulting in another lawsuit and another drama.

Something is up...Carole & Kate co/the tabloids have been busy lately churning out articles such as 1. Talking about the goods the Cambs “cook” bc Kate is such a good cook-obvious lie we’ve seen your work & it’s hideous, even her own husband talks about how awful she is. 2 how Kate brings William & his father together-another obvious lie, Charles has always hated Kate & the midds & probably plots against her to this day 3.how much “body language” shows Kate isn’t just a royal wife anymore she’s taking charge! Being independent....the glue that keeps the family together
The insecurity is pungent lately. William must be gone again....or Kate stumbling across messages from William telling Rose she will always be the love of his life again & how much he loves her roast chicken
