Needs to be king for the monarchy to survive stories popping up bc I believe Kate knows that King Charles will take care of her and her garbage family in the manner they are deserving & heck William May even be secretly plotting with his daddy to do so.....take care of them the way Queen Elizabeth should have in the first place.

Something is up...Carole & Kate co/the tabloids have been busy lately churning out articles such as 1. Talking about the goods the Cambs “cook” bc Kate is such a good cook-obvious lie we’ve seen your work & it’s hideous, even her own husband talks about how awful she is. 2 how Kate brings William & his father together-another obvious lie, Charles has always hated Kate & the midds & probably plots against her to this day 3.how much “body language” shows Kate isn’t just a royal wife anymore she’s taking charge! Being independent....the glue that keeps the family together
Kate will always be 'just another royal wife,' that is the role. She is just an adjunct,an acessory, to another person's life. That is the very role of royal consort. As for glue, she is looking increasingly unglued and coming apart.

Just like Anne Boleyn in her last year or so as Queen Consort; the world is done with her and it is clear that she is now just an addendum in the area of William's life. Pity she did nothing with her time and it is a pity that she didn't do anything with her role while the iron was hot. She really blew it big time and I do believe that she really messed it all up. If she had worked she would have a lot to stand on and she would really end up being secure and a lot more stable and substantial.

If she is pregnant, I believe that this will finish her marriage off for good. Each kid seems to drive him more away and it is clear that he is reaching a full breaking point. I understand now why training and restrictions were the way they were.
For lack of a better way of putting it, royals used to know their place; they knew that they had no business pretending to be just like everyone else and it is clear that this 'normalcy' experiment hasn't worked. I wish people would stop pretending that Diana was one of them; she wasn't and never would be. It is also clear that she contributed to this cultural mess that royals have caused. She made a terrible mistake in raising her sons to believe that they could switch who they are on and off like a light and I wish people had faced certain hard facts in that there is no way that Charles would marry any other than his own kind and I wish that Diana had learned that normal nineteen year olds are not living in posh flats in central London despite being high school dropouts. Diana broke a lot of barriers that should have remained up and it is clear that she and others failed to think long term. If William had been raised right, he would have never dreamed of having Kate be part of his official life and would have dropped her after uni.

I agree with you.  The mystique is long gone - there is no seperation; nothing mysterious anymore. You are right - Diana didn't think long-term. William was not raised right and was easy pickings for a worthless climbing family. Queuing for McDonald's? Big whoop. William NEVER had to figure things out and fend for himself. Thing is, there is a difference between waiting in line because you want to, versus waiting in line because you HAVE to. Kate is someone who, before William, HAD to wait in line and HAD to actually pay her way and HAD to earn good grades to get into a good school. For William, like Diana, much was done on a lark. Waiting in line was a fun thing to do and as for uni, that was time to play at being poor and play at being just another pleb. William even chose his own school, he didn't have to actually get into a grind to get into a nice place. It is also clear that Kate is also the result of Diana's deluded belief that more privacy would equip William for public life, when it didn't. Diana really never realized that the mixed messages she sent would ultimately be misinterpreted.
I get it that Kate should have never been bone idle and latched on and mooched, but William should have known and accepted that he has to stay within bounds and he had no business being idle throughout his 20's. He had no right to party while his peers were settling into their lives and William should not be playing at being in the military when he should be doing duties and connection with his people. He has no real connection in his own right and frankly put, the longer he plays in the country, the longer it will take for him to build any kind of connection of his own.

I’m sorry I didn’t finish my thought with that comment lol. I’m curious as to how women like ermila & shop ie were her friends in the beginning before marriage. Was ermila not her best friend and instrumental in getting her w William in the first place? Or why when alive did Tamara go gushing about how awesome Kate was and vouching for her relationship with William??? That’s a confusing bit for me. |

They gushed because that is how things are; you get the "HRH" and people kiss your heiney. Kate dropped Ermilia after she got William behaving as if she had no choice but to remain on standby. Ermilia isn't the top set like the genuine nobs are, the nobs that Kate has tried to ingratiate herself with since day one of her social climbing odyssey began.
