I think the monarchs are swinging out of control mainly since they have no ability to accept or figure out how to adapt to times where no one wants their official reps in modeling or vanity industries. Neither Danish princes should have an "HRH" if they are going to behave like fools in Hollywood, but it is clear that it is being handled badly. Margarethe should have talked about it with the princes before making a public announcement and Queen M. should step down like Beatrix did and become Queen Mother and we can watch Mary make a fool of herself.

PUBLISHED: 04:29 EST, 28 November 2022 | UPDATED: 08:42 EST, 28 November 2022Prince Joachim has revealed the Danish Royal Family have 'a lot to work on' after his mother Queen Margrethe stripped his four children of their prince and princess titles.
The Danish royal, 53, gave an insight into his relationship with his family while attending the annual Christmas Bazaar at the Danish Church in Paris on Friday with his wife Princess Marie.
In September, the Danish monarch announced that her grandchildren Nikolai, 23, Felix, 20, Henrik, 13, and Athena, 10, will no longer have 'His/Her Highness' titles from January 2023.
He told local news outlet B.T.: 'There is a lot to work on.
'Communication was what was missing. Now we have met and we are on the right track.'
Earlier this month, it was announced that the Danish Royal Family will be spending Christmas separately this year.
According to an official announcement from the household, Queen Margrethe will spend the festive season at Marselisborg Castle in Aarhus like usual.

This more 'modern' generation forgets that Marge has no need to explain anything; royals want respect, but they refuse to show it to the Sovereign and really, the boys do not need royal titles if they are not going to live in service to the Danish government. If they want to go into entertainment, then I am certain that there has to be a point of no return. If each boy were eager to get skills/training to go into government service then I would be all for them retaining their "HRH," but if they want to go into entertainment and behave in who knows what way, then the answer is most definitely 'no.'

Denmark’s Prince Joachim & Marie will be exiled to America next year
More royal refugees; as if we haven't enough of our own, we have to put up with this. How on earth is a foreign government official getting such access to our defense industry? Why not just hand it all over to the Chinese while our officials are at it!? Joachim is no American citizen and is at a point where this is out of control. They need to stay in their own nations, their own region. Not the other way around. Joachim has no right to access our information in regards to our national defense systems AT ALL! Our government is taking stupid pills!

The US seems to attract all the seconds from the Royal Families. Madeline was there for a while, PH and now Joachim.
To those in the US I understand that you would be angry.

Why can't they stay in Europe? There are Americans who need these jobs and opportunities and now Joachim, who is foreign and technically a government official, suddenly gets into a position to access sensitive government information? Harry/Meg are getting Hollywood contracts while Americans miss out and now Joachim gets a position in government while Americans miss out. Madeleine of Sweden swans around New York and Florida and who knows how many others will swarm in here.
None of them are making any real contributions to this country.

Royals misinterpret the point of living in the United States; you don't come here to insult and belittle this nation and live here as jet setters. Here in the States, we have jet setters, but mostly they are self made and inheriting and living off of that is in fact increasingly rare. Living off of government money, that makes jet setting impossible. We all know this. We also know that we have no energy for the type of activism that insults the US and these royals don't even follow immigration procedure/laws, they just waltz in. I hate how that Japanese princess waltzes in and gets a position at a prestigious art gallery and her husband is working as a lawyer. Then there is Madeleine who brings nothing to the US and is partying in Miami. I've said all I have to say about Harry, but it hurts that they get opportunities that should be going to Americans. There are students who should be priority for enrollment in uni and citizens who have trained for those contracts.

Prince Joachim will be ruthlessly exiled to America starting this summer
Great; right after Princess Madeleine finally goes back to Sweden, these two come here. Couldn't make it in France, refuse to stay in Denmark even if it is hard (hardship is something that they should become acquainted with as a natural part of life) and it is clear that Joachim refuses to basically make something of his life in Denmark even if it isn't perfectly blissful. He played at being a gentleman farmer in France and couldn't cut it and then he tried to work for the Danish consulate in Paris, but couldn't do that either. The US Government should not be taking them in and giving them access to positions where they can access government/military intel. It's not like the Danish royals are official diplomats or ambassadors and those jobs should be going to Americans, not foreign royals.

I totally agree - this is all getting out of control. Deal with your internal family squabbles on your own turf.

THIS IS NOT THEIR COUNTRY!
They have the titles, make them stay there and make them make the best of their hyper-privileged material situation! Now that Princess Madeleine is gone, go figure, now Joachim/Marie come here and take up a job that they shouldn't be getting! This is a position connected with OUR government and now a foreign official is getting a position that will enable them to get info that should remain in American hands. Is our government stupid or something? Or just plain self destructive!?
This isn't their home! Same with Prince Harry/Meg and that annoying Japanese princess! None of them belong here as long as they retain titles and I am fed up with how our government is just rolling over! What is Marie going to do, try to become an American political society queen? What on earth is she going to contribute? This isn't Denmark and I dislike how these nobodies refuse to make the best of their privileged situation and accept that they have to start dealing with unpleasantness and accept that there are places where they do not belong?
I resent that they have problems, but insist on coming to the States as if the States is some kind of place where everything is supposed to be problem-free. Our government is always opening the door to new refugees instead of looking after their own kind. We just took in thousands of refugees while veterans are homeless and we take in millions a year while we have our own struggling. I am sick of it.

www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-12890247/Princess-Mary-Prince-Frederik-marriage-affair-rumours.htmlPrincess Mary is spotted looking emotional after trip home to regroup in the wake of Prince Frederik 'affair' rumours, so what's next for their marriage after a turbulent end to 2023? By Jessica Green For Mailonline 03:57 EST 22 Dec 2023 , updated 09:34 EST 22 Dec 2023 Parting from loved ones when you live on the other side of the world is always difficult, but as Princess Mary of Denmark wrapped up her pre-Christmas break Down Under earlier this week, her emotional goodbye took on a deeper significance. Departing from Queenstown Airport in New Zealand after a four-day trip amid a visit to her native Australia, the future Queen appeared to wipe away a tear as she said goodbye to friends and prepared to make the journey back to Denmark - and reality. The Danish Royal Family have been rocked by rumours in recent weeks - after photographs emerged of Prince Frederik enjoying a night out with a Mexican socialite in Madrid in October. So when Tasmanian-born Mary started her Christmas break in Australia on December 6 alongside her two youngest children, twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, both 12, it no doubt provided a welcome escape.

I would love to hear about how Mary was like back in her University days, sanka. Please share. The ones I spoke to that went to university with her didn't have a high opinion of her. They indicated that Mary thought she was better than everyone else (very snobby and elite), although they didn't think she was at all. Mary had a higher opinion of herself than other people. I recall the comments were that she was not a star academically considering that her father is very intelligent. It is not too much in the way of great gossip as the ones I worked with even with Mary's claim to fame still would not have wanted to associate with her (which explains a lot about what they thought of her). This was many years ago in the early stages of the romance when she had left Tasmania to try to make it big on the mainland. I understand when she met Frederick that she was working for a real estate rather than utilising her university degree.
