How can willy have been reeled in by such a manipulative nasty specimen beggars belief. Any more surgery and she will resemble the Bride of Wildestein.

William loves htem because they keep him amused. They provide him with the 'normalcy' the same way that manipulative courtiers used Marie Antoinette's craving for entertainment to ensnare and then use her for all they could get out of her. Berkshire is his Trianon. There he can play at being 'normal,' the way that Marie Antoinette played at being a farm-girl.

Plus I think the last time he was even around the midds publicly is when they set him up for pics in Mustique 2015, he did even publicly want anything to do with them at pips wedding-stuck to Harry & then didn’t even go to the reception-he slipped out & this pic from the Kings cup someone on another forum stated he was looking pissed to see the midds posing for the media with the kids... I think he’s as done with the family as he is kate....they are not a team. Never were. |

If that’s the case then he is without doubt the very last person on the planet to see the Midds for what they really are. A truly ghastly determined low life social climbing family who wouldn’t have had the slightest bit of interest in him if he wasn’t who he was. It’s said too that over her cocoa and cheese on toast cozy late night chats ma Midd clucked sympathetically and whipped that viper tongue about extracting every Royal secret she could.
They are alleged to have so much on him, including the alleged hi jinks and videos from maisonette du Bang Bang that it would be difficult to escape now without serious repercussions. Ma Midd allegedly ‘instructed’ the churning out of the sprogs to make it even more difficult to escape.

I think Carole is frustrated, big time. She likely thought that after Kate married William, William would be able to leverage good matches for Pippa and James, enabling them to move up to the nobility and thus (as a result), ends up securing Carole a life of comfortable security and status by association. Heck, maybe Carole had plans to ditch Mike and land a titled man for herself as well. It is clear that Carole thought she and her family were set for life, but it turned out not to be true. Pippa tried mightily to get Percy, but the Percy family lawyer was sicced on her and then after her wedding, Percy disappeared and hasn't been seen around her.

I wonder if Carole would ever wise up and realize that she and her rotten family are not at all entitled to anything from anyone. Carole fancied that it would be great for Princess Beatrice to marry James, despite the fact that Princess Beatrice has a right to a life of her own and it kind of makes me angry that Carole really truly believes that the entire aristocracy should be required to scoop her brats up despite the fact that the only reasons these families become and stay rich is because they are responsible with their finances and pretty much all of them prefer to marry their own kind. They don't owe the Midds anything and never did.
