I think her lack of layers is a sign that she was groomed as a girl to attract men using her 'favors' and it started at too young of an age. It is not natural for any well raised woman to do this and it in my view is clear that she has major unresolved issues. She should not be comfortable being this 'exposed' in my view and it is clear to me that Kate will not at all be healthy for the rest of her life. You can't undo the past and what insiders know is likely worse. I do not think that she will ever be healthy at all since at her age her personality and reputation is set.

The Princess of Wales made a rare foray into politics as she spoke of the need for food banks as millions of families struggle with the cost-of-living crisis. Kate made the comments about the importance of community services during a discussion with volunteers and members of the congregation at St Thomas Church in Swansea – her first visit to Wales since inheriting her new title.

Over the last two years the church has been transformed into a community hub, which includes a food bank, facilities for homeless people, and a not-for-profit café and community training kitchen. The site is also home to the Swansea Baby Basics baby bank, a volunteer-led project that distributes essentials to vulnerable mothers and their newborn babies across the city.

During the visit with husband William, Kate said: ‘With the cost of living crisis, there are a lot of desperate people out there.’

The royal said that the food bank was a ‘lifeline to so many people’ particularly after the pandemic and amid the soaring cost of living.

A Kensington Palace spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Given the number of visits and conversations that take place during these, we are unable to verify specific comments that are reported upon.’

Chatting with a group of elderly worshippers, she added: ‘What’s so wonderful about this place is that there is such a good mixture of young and old. It’s extraordinary. You have 90-year-olds as well as youngsters. It’s a real family organisation. We need places like this to bring people together, places where people can come and engage. It’s what we need post Covid and with the cost of living crisis. Lots of people are too scared to come an engage so it’s wonderful that you go out to see them too.’

Are they not allowed to physically take stuff? I remember that William also said something along the lines of ‘ we cant offer anything..’ when they went somewhere else too. Maybe they dont want any possible liabilities with bringing any goods and donate funds instead.

This b#tch… I just can’t even. It’s not even like she would have had to nip into Boots to buy some nappies herself but she couldn’t even be bothered to ask one of her staff??

Wouldn’t it be great if all 4 homes could be turned into affordable housing? Given than, y’know 1,000 rooms is probably enough for one family (even if parents are separated!)

Obviously would be a drop in the ocean for the housing and cost of living crises but it would be a nice gesture.

Kate is the epitome of what the middle class has become. She has come from a comfortable middle class life and feels she has the right to be taken care of at her level of birth or better and feels that she has a right to live off of the money of other people. She feels that she had a right to a post-graduate proposal and felt she had a right to have William pay for her (via taxpayer cash) on luxury vacations and felt William owed her a ring and a lifestyle to match. Her entire life she had grifted and that is why I never liked her. She's like middle/upper middle class families that live off of welfare instead of end up reducing their lifestyle to match their budget. Kate and others like her think a job should be set up for her, she should get a fat check for little to no work, and thinks that she should be able to get an easy life provided by others. "Middle Class" has always been the skilled craftsman and tradesman, not a literal social caste that is entitled to be provided for. We all know these people for what they are, but William chose to ignore it. Now she's established herself as a woman of privilege that she successfully severed all ties with her own past class of people. She's created a new class of people where those with no skills, no real wish to continue to train/acquire new skills, but feels entitled to the best. It is clear that she's just like the late Princess of Wales, how Diana was near the end of her life. Now she's gotten a step up, but she has less people and her horizons are clearly shrinking and not because of her exalted status. She is now alone in life, even more than before. You can't marry a good time type and think that you can domesticate them into what being a princess consort used to be.

I think we all know at this point that it's possible for a patron of one of these Charities to raise money for them. Is inexcusable that a charity that is for children has to go bankrupt because it's Patron is too lazy to do what is necessary to help raise funding. There is no excuse for this!

I absolutely do not understand how Kate and even Harry and Meghan have copped the blame for this - the entire blame is down to government cuts to schools; if the schools cannot afford to pay for the services, the services are not used and no money is made. It has nothing to do with its patron, without the support of whom it would no doubt have closed sooner. So many charities involved with school aged children fold because head teachers don't have the budget for them.

People like me? Go and have a chat with yourself, this is not my doing. Harry and his crazy wife plotted their exit. Harry was clueless, meghan had it all planned out. She never wanted to be a part of the royal family. Good luck to them, let them stay in Canada, I dont care either way but the UK taxpayers are still contributing as is Canada to their security!!

Not only is Kate making a terrible choice, she is being a coward. Now is the time to go out, raise mor@le, and this lower profile is just her worming her way into an idle life.

As to the charities, a charity is shutting down and Kate is 'heartbroken,' but she is supposed to be doing fundraising on the regular, not being idle or 'upset.' If her other charities shut down, it might shut down her marriage. Eighteen charities is pitiful and she is becoming more useless by the day. There is no way that she is going to end up with the ability to remain in the BRF if she isn't working. She can't live like an idle aristocrat on the taxpayer dime and there is no way that the BRF is going to keep her among them if she isn't working and keeping charities going. She has no real leverage, no standing, and she is in a very bad place. King Charles is cutting out relations that have lived on the family dime for decades and if Kate shows her face at dinner she will have to deal with the loss of her own standing after losing this charity and then there is the fact that this is bad press that the BRF does not need right now.

As of now, Kate has two choices: work like the devil and try to make up for all those wasted years, or sink with as much good grace as she can. She will not at all be able to make up for all those lost years and as for leaving gracefully, she will be lucky to leave with her neck. Throughout all those years, Diana never lost a single charity and she never at all shirked her responsibilities. Then there is the fact that Kate has no way of leveraging a decent settlement. There is no way that she can argue for office space/generous budget and there is no way that she can argue for a fat personal settlement and there is no way that she can really argue anything. Her charity work was supposed to be her career and she blew it. Then she ended up with the inability to see that she would only be as well treated as she had standing. Then there is the fact that Kate's family was never going to be of any help and as a result, Kate has no help there.

There's no remaking her. At twenty, her early twenties, she had a HUGE chance to build good standing and kind of compel William to 'do right' long before it became an ongoing joke in the press and public. Long before SHE became a joke to the press and public. Then at thirty she had all the resources in the world and she was someone who was actually officialized and people still awaited her actions. She just keeps blowing chance after chance after chance.

I don't think it is laziness, but I think it is that she hoped that by marrying William, she could marry a man who would enable her to live like an aristocratic/gentry wife, instead she was expected to live more like a corporate executive. Throughout the years before William, she was trying to land a member of the gentry and she was trying to land one of them and none of them would have her. William was the only one willing to marry her and as it was, he wasn't living the mapped out life he should have.

Well, we know of one The Art Room, but I don't know if it's one of 4 or it's the 5th one that shut down.
I remember one article; I can't seem to find it now but there was another patronage that closed down the main building and its 8 branches all closed down because of the same reason why with Kate.

Once that hits the mainstream, she will be ruined. Imagine if the children's hospice closes, that will end up frying her in the press/public. I find it mind-boggling that she is determined to ignore her responsibilities, retreat when she is supposed to be moving forward, and shirking annual fundraisers to raise money for her charities and cultivate connections that will prove valuable in the future. She has done nothing and now these charities are folding. If she hits ten or below in terms of patronages, she will be finished off. She has literally nothing to show that she is helpful and useful to the nation in any way/shape/form. She can't come back from this.
