I don't know what it is like overseas but when visiting bookstores here in Brisbane, Australia there still appears a lot of copies of Spare on the shelves. It does not look to be moving like other books.
Not sure if it is just speculation but the 2nd book is currently being considered based on the material they removed from the 1st book. Surely, we can't put up with another whingefest so soon after the 1st book and the Netflix soap opera.

Sales these days are mainly online and the sales are thriving. The sales are going along and I did read in blogs that people in airports are reading it.
I think sales are coming along just fine and I believe that Harry will be asked to do another book. I do not think that this is a flop at all. He's cleaned up more than half a million and this will likely continue as well. He now owes his family nothing.

It was wrong of Harry to portray her the way he did to sell books - it seems like yet another stale, boring and drunken non-encounter. Seriously, we didn't need this? Older woman? lol Please, they were practically the same age. |
