PUBLISHED: 17:22 EST, 6 January 2023 | UPDATED: 03:54 EST, 7 January 2023The decorations may now be down and the trees disposed of, but for tenants at Pippa Middleton and James Matthews's £15 million country estate this has been the last Christmas any of them will spend in their current homes.
I can disclose that they were served with eviction notices before festivities got under way — and have greeted them with dismay and anger. Some tenants have rented their homes from the Berkshire estate for decades.
'We've been told we've got to get out, so we've got to get out, haven't we?' one disgruntled tenant tells me.
He adds that this cannot be equated with the ending of a short-term rental agreement. 'We've been on this estate for 40 years. My mum and dad also live down the road. They've been told they can stay — for the moment — but I have to move. We rented all these outbuildings, too, so I'm clearing them out now. Forty years of stuff.'
Distressing though the upheaval is for those who are leaving their homes, they are aware that there is one group of residents for whom the eviction could prove especially upsetting. These are the occupants of a registered children's home which offers a healing environment for those who have experienced trauma.
Carers confirm that they have been given notice, but refrain from further comment. One of their neighbours assures me that the children's home has had a tenancy for 'many years'.
A friend of Pippa and James confirms that the tenants have been served with eviction notices, but claims that the children's home received its order to leave last summer, before the couple took ownership of the estate. 'They want the estate to be a family property,' the pal explains.

This is going to get bad karma for Kate; when Fergie's father got caught in a 'massage parlor,' it hurt Fergie's ability to get charity work to rehab her image. Then with this, there is no way that Kate can credibly get work, charity work that involves children and how on earth can the Wales family sustain their family friendly image when Kate's own sister is evicting literal orphans. A care home. First, Kate let a children's charity get dissolved due to her refusal to raise funds and promote their work and now Pippa and her husband are taking over an estate, evicting elderly residents and sending a notice at Christmas, and then evicting a care home for orphaned/traumatized children. Worst, those kids are going to be traumatized by the eviction and the carers will STRUGGLE to find new places for them, uprooting them. This is horrific. Once this hits CB and Dlisted and other blogs, it will spread like wildfire. The sister of the Princess of Wales evicting traumatized orphans from a stable situation. You CAN NOT make this up. I believe more than anything else that once it hits the blogs it will spread like wildfire and this will not be something that can be stifled. No one can stifle the blogosphere.
Kate herself will not come back from this even if Pippa can't be undermined. Kate has no real escape from this. It's not like she has any kind of protection and this is going to bounce on Kate and right before Charles' coronation and this will not help the BRF's PR at this painful time.
Any bets that Kate isn't upset about the orphans, but once this spreads this will crack the Wales marriage all the more. William's Saint Father of Britain act will sustain a blow and I am certain that she will end up with the inability to recover from this. William will blame her, read her the riot act, and the courtiers will have it even harder in regards to getting Kate respectable work related to children and soon the press will be all over this. I admit I find this delicious. Orphans will end up with no effective home and it is Pippa's fault and Kate will pay by proxy. All public figures do. Kate will not have credibility and her history tells against her. I've been working like mad on Instagram and other places trying to get the word out there - trust me, I have been beyond ruthless in trying to bring notice to this and other matters. Dan Wootton must have even blocked me on IG (for other posts, mind you), but going to go back and post segments of the actual Daily Mail article. I have been trying to counter the pro-Cambridge/Middleton items out there and trust me, it's hard, because people seem to casually accept anything they put out. William's Saint Father of Britain act - LOVE THAT!!!!!!!!! I wonder how Billy Basher Middleton is going to settle this - he doesn't have many more gaskets to blow. I don't know, do the Middletons now think they are "set" because they managed to abuse and terrorize Harry out of his own family and country? That they have further "approval" to do anything they wish? They are actually ruining people's lives - the damage they have caused is EPIC and why is there little to no fight back about this? That is why I am steamed and trying to go all out here - they have caused untold damage and protecting Billy Basher and his lies are just not worth it. |

I know the bloggers will ensure to get this out there for it's own sake - and not have to supposedly relates to Harry and Meghan or whatever. It's astounding how brash and evil this move was and still a tad surprised the Daily Mail got it out there. "Evicted for Christmas" - priceless. I wonder if this was a willful move by Pippa to sabotage Kate? I wouldn't put it past her. I feel so much for those children and elderly tenants being uprooted like this - I wonder if they have the gall to discreetly fly down to Mustique for their usual weeks long vacay? |

But Pippa Middleton and her financier husband, James Matthews, don’t have things all their own way.
I can reveal that the couple’s plans to insert a mammoth 82 ft x 19 ft swimming pool in what, until now, has been a magnificent kitchen garden, and to create a brand new tennis court topped with AstroTurf, have been called into question by specialists employed by the local council.‘I have a number of concerns,’ reports the conservation officer, citing the cessation of ‘horticultural use’ in favour of ‘recreational/leisure use’, and the potential loss of ‘historic fabric’ in one of the ancient walls which the Princess of Wales’s 39-year-old sister and James, 47, intend to perforate. The conservation officer is requesting more detailed plans of the tennis court and a proposed pergola.
