THE TOO STUPID SPENCER TWOSOME -

One thing I hate, is how they are dysfunctional in a way that isn't even funny anymore. they're like that friend that refuses to stop freeloading, acting in sick dysfunctional ways, damaging ways, but think that it's just one big joke and the people that live responsible lives are somehow unenlightened. I'm reminded of how celebs think that by mentioning global warming for the ten billionth time are just enlightening us, as if we don't know that there are problems with our environment. Or how a junkie sees people living nice, responsible lives are boring and need to loosen up by becoming junkies like them. Or the perpetually dependent family member who fancies that his big break is just around the corner. William thinks that he is just about to 'happen' and as a result, needs more party time with his loser buddies (mainly groupies now) who are busy crowing about some big impending round of excitement and it is clear that William is unaware that he is living the life of a loser, of a man who exposes his family since he wouldn't develop a body of work. Just recently William likely wrecked the marriage (Rose Hanbury) of a woman he likely has no intention to marry and it is clear that he is a mess of his own. No one thinks of him as a devoted family man and he refused to fulfill his end of the social contract.

Worse, if William and Harry had decided to become men of substance, people would forgive their general idiocy.
