I just knew that Australia was not going to be relieved from these two brats! I'm going to have a breakdown if they honeymoon anywhere in my country ... :runforhills:
Please, have sympathy, if saturation of the wedding isn't enough, we will have to endure the whole circus that will be their honeymoon. :ick: I know, he's going to bring her here, I just know it.

Well, Australia IS a part of the Commonwealth, plus William does love it there.

Well, Australia IS a part of the Commonwealth, plus William does love it there.
So, there are OTHER Commonwealth countries he can choose from. He's wearing out his welcome here. Plus, it may have slipped your mind, but we are heading into Winter here. Granted, Lizard Island would be warmer, but Oz is rainy and gloomy right now.
Alexandrine: it's the 'later', rather than 'sooner' I was hoping for. An official tour for them is not in the cards right now, and I cannot foresee it anytime soon, because our Fed Gvt is about to bring down a very brutal budget, which has been controversial for myriad reasons. Our Prime Minister has been under fire for her acceptance of the wedding invitation (for herself and her live-in lover), when citizens are struggling - but mostly because she's a rapid republican. :bat:  :screaming:
In any event, I would have liked to draw breath after the wedding, before we have to put up with the mania over their honeymoon in our own backyard. :ick:
