Title: Tent erected outside Goring Hotel

Waity has her way, & a tent has been erected outside Goring's entrance to prevent viewers/press seeing her dress. How mean-spirited & tacky - she is not a celebrity, she is going to become an HRH. Don't recall Diana doing this.
Photo is at '12.28'
Quote
11.38 Martin Evans, one of our correspondents, rings to confirm that there will be a tent or "gazebo-like structure" leading right from the front of the Goring Hotel to where Kate Middleton will get into the carriage, meaning that there will be no sightings of the dress itself until she arrives at the abbey. "It's like an OK!-style arrangement to protect the dress from prying eyes", says Martin. We'll get a photo as soon as we can.

Diana left Clarence House in a golden carriage, she had no need to erect a tent outside an hotel to prevent people to see her dress entering a car...

The real reason she and her family are staying there is because they were not invited to the bash at BP before the wedding IMO. Nothing special about the Goring Hotel despite what the DM are saying, I saw it on a travel programme tonight and you can get a room there for a good price if you are willing to pay.

I hope the staff at the Goring are being frisked for cameras and mobile phones, too! You never know what these common people will do to make a fast buck and to attract attention to themselves!!!

No other royal bride found it necessary to do this - she's not under contract with a national magazine, so completely unnecessary IMO. This will only serve to hack off the press even more.

Let's just accept it: this utterly useless woman is full of herself, IMO.
Magnolia: I agree again; nothing can make her look fresh - she'll look like the used up bit of rag she is, IMO.

Oh, I hope some cracker jack journalist gets a shot of her before she enters that ridiculous and childish tent, publishes it immediately, it goes viral in a nanosecond and he/she makes a killing, selling it. It's what she deserves for this totally attention-getting idea. It's dumb.

When I think about it, the trees in the Abbey will actually obscure her all the more, preventing any decent photos of her, plus the guests won't get a good view.

It's evident that the RF don't want her to be in one of their palaces beforehand and Carole would INSIST in going with her to enjoy palace life and ordering staff around.

The scene outside the Goring with Kate waving to the crowd with her Mum and sister is tow just makes William's two year wish to keep Kate out of the spotlight look foolish IMO. Kate will do exactly the opposite and invite the press into her life the same way his Mother did IMO, last night just proved it. :Kate: :camera: :interview:

Exactly Kezza.
Has everyone seen the photos of the Midds mugging for the cameras on the front page of the DM?
:ick:
I'm sorry, but this family is just ghastly IMO and further, they are going to bring down the House of Windsor - no way are they going to go away quietly. :runforhills:
