The Countess of Wessex is determined to attend the wedding despite being involved in a ‘nasty’ riding accident. Sophie, wife of Prince Edward, plunged from her horse while hacking in Windsor Great Park on Monday morning.
After an X-ray at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, she was found to have broken a rib and badly bruised several others. She was sent home with painkillers and told to rest as much as possible.
Friends say the 46-year-old countess is in ‘great pain’ but is unwilling to miss tomorrow’s ceremony as her seven-year-old daughter, Lady Louise, is a bridesmaid.

Maybe that is why Sophie was so distressed the other day? I've broken a rib and let me tell you, it's excruciating. I still have minor pain during the Winter months.

I think so too June look at her eyes and her mum's they are really scary and like have no real emotions to them.You know the eyes are the window to the soul theirs look empty.Wonder how may people will faint in the crowds from just her influence as her car goes by. :

This is off-topic, but we need a laugh, so here goes ...
Has anyone watched that show "The Nanny". I love watching the re-runs because it's so funny. Anyway, just as Fran finally marries Mr Sheffield, the rabbi asks, "If anyone objects to this marriage, speak now or forever hold your peace." And then the mother turns around and gives a very threatening look, as if to say, "If you do, I'm going to deal with you!". :tehe: :laugh: lols

Shame about Spohie.
I liked this bit in the article. I'd be mean and hope that sommeone objects just to throw in a bit of drama. To me, it'll be the only way for Wills to eliviate himself from this lot and not get bad PR. Could he have something up his sleeve and that's why he's been smiling?
