Netflix bosses 'furious with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle' over 'fake' documentary footage
This is the end for Meg and Harry; come January this deal will be terminated and the other companies will follow suit. I cannot get over how this happened and what is WRONG with the ducal couple that they refuse to make the best of a best deal that was offered.

You give deals to those with a product - they didnt have one. You give deals to those who can develop an idea/story into something tangible and interesting. People don't want a sob story coming from a couple of very well remunerated and pampered babies. They misread the interest the lay public would take in them. They could have done so much - how about the Brittany Griner story told from a human rights perspective? So many layers to peel away from a story like that. How about the Iranian protestors fighting against grievous odds? Women fighting and struggling to look after their families in these post-covid times? Let's see - footage of poor Diana, Kate being chased by the press, Meghan crying about nobody wanting her hugs, and Doria talking about her alleged struggles? You kidding me? I am getting the feeling, too, that people from the UK and Commonwealth are not too keen on some accusations they are racists and/or didnt step up to support Meghan, just with some comments I have read. It's a mess. |

No one at Netflix will recover from this for a long time; you do not give contracts like this to just names, this is grossly unfair. Netflix looks stupid and Netflix looks foolish and Netflix looks used. Two years and this is the end product. There is no way that Netflix will recover from this. I do believe that Meg is stupid in that she wouldn't set up her own streaming station and rake in the moneybags. She and Harry should have been made to prove themselves before getting those contracts. What irks me the most is how stupid Meg is. The deal of the decade and the valuation could have been in the quarter of a billion and she blew it. She blew it big time. Meg proved her detractors right and she will never come back from this. She will never come back from his humiliation and I hope the other companies have the basic self respect to drop her and Harry. It always has to be all about them.

Netflix is more powerful and has more resources and the entire industry does not like (as far as I can tell) to be made to look foolish. It's not like they wouldn't have had help and it is clear now that Meg is one of those people who is a mess and Harry did not marry an inferior, in terms of life's choices, he married an equal. A strong, tough, capable woman who is smart is not someone who would have been foolish enough to marry into a family/nation that would disrespect her. BOT, Netflix will not let Harry or Meg forget this and if Meg is crazy enough to sue, she will lose everything; money, house, all of it.

The Duke of Sussex made the shocking claims in yet another trailer for his controversial Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan, which airs on Thursday.
The trailer, which promotes the second half of the six-part series, shows Meghan telling the camera that leaving the UK gave them the chance to "create a home they always wanted".

The documentary features six different episodes, with the first three out now and the remaining parts being released on Thursday, December 15, the same day Kate Middleton hosts a Christmas carol service in honour of The Queen.

That’s unfair. William is not responsible for Harry leaving. Kate behaved appallingly towards Harry, but that’s not an excuse. H&M couldn’t stand being second to W&K. They refuse to accept any boundaries on their actions. Harry is obviously insane and Meghan has zero boundary recognition and is malicious to the core. Yes, some things could happen been done differently, but W is not responsible.

Maybe Harry was sick and tired of being flirted with in public by Kate, Kate practically fondled him during the 2012 Olympics, and it is clear that much worse was likely going on that triggered Charles to throw WK out of Clarence House. I do not think Meg could quite comprehend the abusiveness she was getting despite the fact that Meg was doing more her first month than Kate did her first year. I remember the press harassing him into dating Pippa right after the wedding when Loudon rightly dumped Pippa's trifling backside. Then there is the fact that right before William decided to detonate with the engagement announcement, Harry was settling into life and he and William were launching themselves as a double act. So it's not like Harry was always directionless or always the outsider. It grates when some outsider waltzes in and starts acting as if your inclusion is an act of charity instead of a place that was Harry's right. Who is Kate to 'include Harry' as if she herself were born to any of it?
