It’s being said that his previous girlfriend - already forgotten her name - was just a beard whilst ma Midd allegedly tried to constantly shove him back in the closed. That daft Czar Nicky beard was to allegedly make him look more manly!!!

Ah yes that’s right, thanks India. She was on Celebrity Bakeoff a few years back and seemed pleasant enough but like the Midds had adopted a fake poshish accent. She would never have been good enough for the loser as she also, like Ma Midd came from a council house background. She suited the purpose at the time ie to be his walker and make him look more manly, not just out of his closet.

This one strikes me as doing what she's told which has to make Carole happy. There were photos of them on holiday and Alizee and Carole looked to be very close ... there was never anything like that when Donna was on the scene.

I just can't get over it. He keeps WANTING everyone to care about his life and his impending marriage. They should just marry and get it over with. Why don't they do that? It's not like there are pressing duties of state and it is clear that he needs a wife to pay his bills and support him. Alizee is someone who also shouldn't wait forever.

It wouldn't be a big deal if he worked, but he will be relying on his wife to support him and pay his way through life. The longer he holds out, the more likely it is that it will end and his mother will be stuck trying to find someone for him or pressuring Kate or Pippa to do something for him. He supposedly presented Alizee to the BRF and this behavior only reinforces the delusions that Carole likely fed him about his own grandeur. I also think that the more he tries to be involved in the European society scene, the bigger of a fool he is going to make of himself.

I think Carole might be urging James to hold out for a more connected chick, but that ship was never even in port, much less going to sail. I think James is someone who is dangling Alizee the same way that Pippa dangled her other beaux hoping for a better guy while using the other as a meal ticket.
